Organizational void

Something I've discovered since moving to Madison: the two organizations I expected to be here no longer exist.  I know I've talked about this before, but it's been something of a surprise to find that...

• The University of Wisconsin Dungeon Masters Association folded up approximately two years ago.  The DMA had been in existence for nearly 30 years, and to discover it was gone was disconcerting.
• Bi?Shy?Why? folded as a group a number of years ago, but it had been replaced by a succession of different bi groups, all under the umbrella of OutReach, Madison's LGBT community center.  However, even the most recent Bi Social/Support Group was just disbanded.

So I find myself currently in the process of re-starting both groups, precisely because there is still a need for a bi group here in Madison, and still a need for a role-playing organization at UW (and to a larger extent, for Madison as a community).
